    Saturday and Tuesday production from our shared kitchen in Richmond. Every meal is sealed, labelled with macros, and ready to grab.

FAQ

How long do meals stay fresh?

All meals are good for 5 days refrigerated and freeze well for up to a month.

Can I customize my macros?

Phase 1 menu is fixed-macro per meal. Personalized macro plans launch alongside our trainer collab in Phase 3.

Do you deliver?

Not yet. Phase 1 is pickup-only at Richmond Sports and Fitness. Home delivery is on the roadmap.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime from your account.
